Deleting All Your Data

You have the option to request the deletion of your account at any time. Please be aware that if you have an active subscription, it is necessary to cancel the subscription before proceeding with the deletion of your account.

Here's how to delete your account:

1. Log into your One Goal Finance account online at https://app.onegoalfinance.com or through our iOS or Android app.
2. Tap "Settings" located in the bottom left corner.
3. Select "Delete Account."
4. Confirm by tapping "Delete."

Upon completion, you will be logged out, and your account, along with its data, will be marked for deletion.

Deleting Specific Data:

If you wish to remove only specific data, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your One Goal Finance account online at https://app.onegoalfinance.com or through our iOS or Android app.
2. Tap "Send Feedback" found in the bottom left of the menu.
3. Send a message to our in-app support detailing the specific data you want to delete.

We will respond to your request as promptly as possible.
